Shipping & Returns

All items in our store are made to order. Our products are printed and shipped within the United States, and we currently ship to US addresses only. Processing times vary depending on the item: cards usually take 3–7 business days before shipping, wrapping paper, hand towels, and napkin sets usually take 7–10 business days, and gift bags usually take 4–12 business days. Shipping time is added after production is complete.

Once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. Because each item is made to order, products in the same order may sometimes arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Because our products are printed on demand especially for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size or product selection, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, when applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
